Okay, so I've had my new bike for only five days, and have already ridden more than 80 miles... and have already had my SECOND FLAT TIRE! What the f*ck?

Since the bike is a *new* 2005 racing replica, I have to assume the tubes might be very thin, original 2005 rubber... and perhaps the rubber hasn't aged well. Fine, I'm putting a new tube in the front now and will pick up another for the rear tomorrow... plus a spare for my saddle bag. But if this gets to be a habit... well, I'm gonna be pissed if I get stranded fifty miles away from home this weekend :-| Read more »

I have only had my new bike since Friday. I've already got about 60 miles on it. And I've already had a flat tire from that teensy-weensy piece of glass that George is shooting hateful death-ray into. *Sigh*

I just picked up an E-Motion Floating Roller Bike Trainer from Inside Ride... hey, winter is fast approaching, and I needed something for winter training... and yeah, I'm a little nuts.
